License Subscriptions can be procured under either the Standard Payment Terms ("SPT") or Alternative Payment Terms ("APT") -- details of which can be found in the Payment Terms.

The APT License Subscriptions are available through the Sales Department LI-Quotes only.

The SPT License Subscriptions are available through the Sales Department LI-Quotes, too. Yet, if Licensee org knows which ones it needs -- they can be also purchased in the Online Shop below:

VAT & GST:

Applicability:

• All Licensee organizations residing in the states/countries that charge VAT or GST on the sale of digital goods and services will have those taxes applied to their bills in accordance with the local regulation of their state/country of residence.

Shopping Cart Behavior

• The shopping cart linked from the Online Shop will be preset on-the-fly with the VAT and/or sales tax values in accordance with the user's geolocation; which means that it will contain incorrect values if the user is not in the same state/country as the Licensee organization.
• The shopping cart will redo the VAT and/or sales tax values again, in accordance with the entered address of the Licensee organization, once [Billing Information] Section's fields get filled with the valid info.

Who Is Ineligible for Licensing?

Individuals:

• The Vendor does not license the Enterprise Version to individuals.

Most of Startups:

• The Vendor does not license the Enterprise Version to the stealth-mode startups.
• To be considered for licensing, all other startups must implement the Free Version on their claimed website, to prove the control of it and its code base -- and then request a LI-Quote.

Sanctioned Entities, and Those in Embargoed Countries & Territories:

• The Vendor does observe all of the UN, the US, and the EU embargoes and sanctions.
• Thus, the Vendor does not license the Enterprise Version to anyone in by them embargoed countries and territories -- nor to any of by them sanctioned entities.
• An attempt to circumvent the foregoing restriction will be treated as an intentional attempt to wreck the Vendor -- and set it up for an epic legal trouble.
• To return the favor, the attempt will be instantly reported to the relevant authorities in a bid to get them to freeze the culprit's account and funds -- before the funds reach the Vendor.
• Additionally, the culprit will be treated as every other Miscreant as described below:

Spammers, Other Miscreants, and Their Fronts:

• The Source Code and/or Executables won't be delivered -- and the funds will be forfeited.
• The data and logs collected during the order, CIP, and CIVP processes will be passed to the relevant law enforcement agencies -- then enjoy the time spent dealing with them.
